The transformation of the Bank of Guayaquil in Quito is an eloquent testimony to the evolution and adaptation of one of the oldest banking entities in Ecuador, as it approaches its centenary.
This renovation project transcends a mere change in physical infrastructure; it reflects the bank's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on strengthening relationships with its collaborators and enhancing the quality of services for its clients.
The challenge of the project lay in creating a coherent and unified architectural design that facilitated the bank's constant evolution of activities and corporate image, while always maintaining a high level of quality and relevance.
The architectural remodeling accompanies the digital transformation and the updating of the bank's corporate image. It focuses on the reconfiguration of workspaces, adapting them to modern and functional formats. This approach seeks to reinforce the brand identity and foster a sense of belonging among users and staff.
The redesign was oriented towards the creation of open workspaces and rooms with transparent enclosures, designed to promote interaction and collaborative work, generating a dynamic and stimulating work environment. As for digitalization, it focused on adaptability to technological advances and meeting the growing needs of clients, with a user-centered design, prioritizing functionality and efficient integration of self-management and personalized services.
The bank's entrances were conceived to communicate the renewed brand image from the moment users enter the premises. Corporate colors are integrated into the interior equipment and furniture, present in the waiting rooms and common spaces.
This project goes beyond a simple physical renovation; it represents a redefinition of the banking experience, aligning architecture with the aspirations and needs of an institution in constant evolution.
